Each customer relationship begins with an understanding of your abilities, comfort with the machines and goals for your adventure.  We then make equipment recommendations, provide trail maps/note points of interest and review safety protocols.

For first-time riders, we spend extended time explaining machine operations, features and safety protocols.  We then review trail maps, riding tips and techniques and ways to contact our staff for support on the trails. Your comfort and safety are always our primary concern.
