Full day rentals:

8:00am-4:30pm

 

Half day rentals:

8:00am-12:00pm

12:30pm to 4:30pm

All rental times include the time to do paperwork, go over a map and get to the trail.  So actual ride time differs from the time block. Be sure to ask for details.

All rentals include helmets and a trailer.  Renters must be over 25.  To operate a side-by-side you must be 18 with a valid drivers license and have a parent or guardian in the vehicle at all times. To operate an ATV you must be 16 with a valid drivers license.  Rentals will leave full of fuel and they are required to be full upon return.  If New Heights delivers the equipment, they will be filled upon return and charged to the customers credit card.

                            Cancelation Policy:
50% of the rental is  due up front to hold the reservation. This means the day and time and equipment you reserve is yours and will not be double booked.  Outside of 48hrs, changes can be made and dates moved. If cancelation is necessary then the 50% is held as a credit for up to 1 year from that date. Inside of 48hrs there are no changes or cancelations allowed. Same day cancelations are charged  full price.
