At New Heights Rentals we want to help you maximize your rental experience. For that reason we offer a checkout time that is not a part of your ride time! Check in a half hour ahead of your rental and get your full rental time on the trails!
All rentals include helmets and a trailer. Renters must be over 25. To operate a 850cc Snowmobile you must be 21 with a valid drivers license. To operate a 600cc Snowmobile you must be 16 with a valid drivers license. Rentals will leave full of fuel and they are required to be full upon return. If New Heights delivers the equipment, they will be filled upon return and charged to the customers credit card.
Damage Deposit:
- Damage Deductibles are purchased Per/machine and Per/Day. They can limit your out of pocket cost in the even of an accident. On 800cc machines or greater they are $25 with a $2,500 Deductible. On 600cc machines they are $18 with a $1,800 Deductible. In the event of an accident, the equipment will be assessed to determine what it will take to bring the machine back to the same condition that it left for that rental. If the total amount due is over the limit, New Heights Rentals will cover the remainder of the cost. Any amount of damage under and up to the total damage deductible/limit will be paid by customer. There are certain things that will void the damage agreement. They include but are not limited to: Jumping, Racing, Hill Climbing, High Marking, etc. At New Heights Rentals, our desire is for you to go out and come back with no damage and a great experience, but we also realize that damage happens. For this reason we will be more willing to work with customers that are up front and honest, if something happens let's have a conversation!

Credit Cards
When making a reservation, a credit card with at least $2,000 is required. This same card(or another at the time of checkin) will be used in the event of damages to the equipment. By making a reservation you agree to these terms. If you have questions please feel free to call at anytime.
Cancelation Policy:
50% of the rental is due up front to hold the reservation. This means the day and time and equipment you reserve is yours and will not be double booked. Outside of 48hrs, changes can be made and dates moved. If cancelation is necessary then the 50% is held as a credit for up to 1 year from that date. Inside of 48hrs there are no changes or cancelations allowed. Same day cancelations are charged full price.
